A Florida mother found herself behind bars for allegedly trying to run over her daughter's ex-boyfriend with a car because he decided to spill the beans on their secret affair.

Palm Beach Gardens police said Kathleen Regina Davis, 58, was taken into custody on Sept. 20 for trying to hit an unidentified 33-year-old man with a car, the Palm Beach Post reports.

It turns out the man was Davis' lover and the ex-boyfriend of her daughter. According to the outlet, Davis was angry at the man because he told her daughter about them having an affair. Davis said he ruined her relationship with her daughter.

Authorities told the outlet that on the day of the incident, Davis drove to the ex-boyfriend's house in Palm Beach Gardens and allegedly threw eggs at the residence and his cars.

When cops arrived, she was driving in circles in the front yard trying to hit him with her Mercedes-Benz. The man told police that he was almost run over multiple times. He also said he was no longer dating Davis' daughter.

Davis allegedly said she wanted the man to die.

She was taken to the Palm Beach County Jail for a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill. Davis was released after posting her $3,000 bond.

A Klassy teacher:

A high school teacher went berserk on her husband early Tuesday on Staten Island and took a metal rod to their Porsche, police said.

Stephanie Tuzzo, 50, grabbed the metal rod and attacked the Porsche in Bay Terrace at about 2 a.m. and then smashed an air conditioner.

“There was some alcohol involved,” a police source deadpanned.

Cops were called to the scene and arrested her on criminal mischief charges.

Tuzzo was most recently a teacher at New Dorp High School, where she made $113,762 in 2016, records show.

A Klassy firefighter:

A Pennsylvania fire chief is apologizing for his post using a racial slur toward Steelers coach Mike Tomlin.

Volunteer Fire Chief Paul Smith of the Muse Fire Department in Cecil Township, Pa. elected to use choice words on Facebook to react to the Steelers not coming out for the national anthem before their game against the Bears Sunday.

"Tomlin just added himself to the list of no good n------. Yes I said it," Smith wrote.

He later released a statement to Pittsburgh's Action News 4 to apologize for what he said.

"I am embarrassed at this. I want to apologize. I was frustrated and angry at the Steelers not standing for the anthem," Smith said. "My FD had absolutely nothing to do with this. I am deeply regretful at what I posted."

The Cecil Township Board of Supervisors responded to Smith's comments telling Action 4 News they're "deeply disturbed by the comments made by Volunteer Chief Smith, and in no way, shape or form condone his comments. In that the volunteer fire departments are independent entities, the board suggests contacting the president of the Muse Fire Department regarding any further comment or action."

It's unclear whether or not Smith will face disciplinary actions for his remarks. The decision will likely come from the fire department.
