A U.S. Army Reserve Humvee careened out-of-control through throngs of Long Island Bacon Bash foodies before striking a woman and pinning her against a food truck, police said Saturday.

The massive military rig popped out of gear while parked on a slope at the Pennysaver Amphitheater in Farmingville around 5 p.m. and set off on a 30-foot path that left four people injured, according to the Suffolk County Police Department.

The runaway vehicle came to a stop in a parking lot packed with diners when it pinned 46-year-old Suzette Lamonica against one of the food trucks.

The Brookhaven woman was rushed to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries to her legs and arms, police said.

A man inside the food truck at the time of the crash, Richard Gherardi, 30, was splashed with scalding cooking oil, cops said.

“Everyone was running and screaming and we just wanted to make sure that she was okay,” witness Jessica Hansen said, according to ABC7 New York.

Gherardi, of East Hampton, was taken to the same hospital with burns.

Two more women were left with minor injuries during the Humvee’s wild ride, but refused medical treatment at the festival, police said.

The military vehicle was on display for festival-goers and empty at the time of the incident.

It has been impounded, pending a police investigation.
