Good, thanks for sharing! While you had a "good" experience with him, for others a "legit" massage would be a bad experience, since it lacks the "sensual/erotic" aspect.

 

His prices are according to the services offered, so 145/90 min sounds OK for a good legit massage (He used to be 120/90 min a few months ago!). I'm sure you can find more affordable great legit massages.
