I just tried to connect to the site directly from AOL, which I routinely do. I got a screen with the message: "Requested URL Not Available On This Server." I have never seen this message before. Has AOL banned connecting to M4M under the new rules? Or is this a coincidental event? Guess only time will tell. I had no difficulty signing on to AOL and then connecting with IE.

And please guys, let's not get into the same old arguments on the pros and cons of AOL. I'm just posting this as a matter of interest because it's very serious if AOL is going to prevent connection to sites as a result of the new regulations. Hopefully, it's just an aberration.

Anybody else on AOL get the same message screen as I did?

I found the source of the problem, and the good news is that AOL does not appear to be blocking the URL. My original URL bookmark had start2.htm at the end of it to get me to the main page. That has worked for a long time. I just removed the "2" after start, and now I can connect. For some reason, the AOL server didn't recognize the old URL.

Boston Guy provided the link in his post that works correctly from AOL. I'll list it here again. The correct URL to the main page is:

http://www.male4malescorts.com/start.htm

Thanks, Boston Guy for providing the URL you use. This helped me figure out the problem. And thanks Chuck for verifying that you also had the problem. Make the change, and you should then be able to connect directly from AOL.
