I wouldn't say Rentmen is leaving others in the dust as much as I'd say the others are leaving themselves to die slowly on the vine. M4RN doesn't even have a choice for "Escort" anymore and the guys can only show shirtless and fully-clothed pics. Oh, and no mention of what they will or will not do.

Good points. I suspect M4RN is based where the long arm of US law enforcement can reach them while Rentmen is in the Netherlands.
