Shane West had a role in a weekly TV family drama about two families with divorced parents, with Shane's love interest being the daughter of the other family. In the series, playing the guitar was a big part of his life. I guess this was an example of art imitating life. The series didn't last very long. I believe it aired about 4-5 years ago. I think I saw his name listed in the cast of some recent movie.

He also had a major role in the movie League of Extraordinary Gentlemen along side Sean Connery.

That's where I remember him from!!! He played one of Sean Connery's character's son, right?

Anyway, maybe it's just me, but he has a real 'dark' quality about him, doesn't he? Kinda like a creepy "Jeopardy" category: "The Sexy Psycho I'd Most Liked To Be Strangled By (But, Hopefully, Not Before Being Properly Porked").

I know, I know...I need to get out more.

Actually, he didn't play Sean Connery's son, but a US Secret Service Agent who joins the League. Connery (Quartermaine) treats him like a son, though. It was a mindless, though entertaining movie.

He also played in a teen movie (can't remember the name) where his school put on Shakesphere's Midsummer's Night Dream. He and his rival were fighting over a girl and carried their fight into the play. This one was really horrible.

In addition to being a US secret agent in that movie, he was also either Huck Finn or Tom Sawyer. The bad guy in the movie killed one of the two. Thats why Shane's character wanted revenge against the bad guy.

I do hope the boy has the smarts to leave THAT off of his resume!

What a horrid piece of dreck that was-total waste of talent and cash.

Believe it or not, thats the only one of his movies that I have ever seen. He was such a cutie in it. :9

Btw, if anyone can post a pic of Shane where he isn't frowning, I would most appreciate it. I'll post one when I get a chance.

I like the ones that are already here, I just want to see another side of him.
