Best Place to go for a naughty vacation

So, I have been hiring a bit and am ready to go on my first destination adult vacation. I am bi, lean on the male side, but enjoy a woman too. Looking to travel for a week.

 

1)Thailand-seems perfect with the bars and so out there- looking at pattaya

2) Montreal and Toronto.

3)Amsterdam

4)Costa Rica

5)Dominican republic.

 

Looking for opinions and experiences on each of these places-price, availability of escorts , any customs to look for , prevalence of diseases, safety for a single tourist and availability of both genders to enjoy. Any experience and recommendations would help. Also should one be on Prep just in case-I only practice safe sex.

I go to Costa Rica frequently. It's a reasonably gay friendly country, but not one that I think of for a hot adult vacations.

 

There are definitely escorts to be had in San Jose, but if you don't speak Spanish you will need to be careful. Not because they are bad people, but Gringo pricing is prevalent throughout the country and escorts are no exception. They tend to set a reasonable price but then really under-deliver. And like most of Latin America, hotels are not overly friendly to their patron's guests. You can have great experiences with a friend-of-a-friend who just happens to escort, but without that Tico friend it can be difficult.

 

That said. Puchos night club has completely nude, completely hard dancers who work the crowd when they're not on stage. They all make themselves available for short oral sessions (they do not give, they only receive) in a back room. When it gets near closing there are always a few hot, shirtless young guys who suddenly appear. Again, Spanish is very helpful in these situations. (It's a generalization but English skills usually come with a better education that leads to other lines of work.)

 

If you venture over to the coast there is gay hotel in Manuel Antonio. It's called Hotel Villa Roca and has a clothing optional swim area that can get pretty wild at night. Your amount of fun will depend on your age and condition. There were a lot of hot guys there but they mostly played with each other. I've been a couple times with friends and I wasn't interested in partaking, but they would have been out of my league anyways.

 

Now if you go completely non-pro, and are on the right side of 50, I have heard that Grindr often lights up for Gringos!

Nice thing about Costa Rican beaches is that as a more equal society economically there are as many Ticos on the beach as tourists, so you don't get that creepy walled off Mexican feel of desperation/crime etc.

Is it legal in Costa Rica-do you have to worry about the cops? Pattaya seems nice as it is all in the open . Montreal seems nice too-seems prices are lower than here.

Dominican republic seems to have all inclusive resorts but not gay-any gay side scene?

FWIW...In Montreal, $100 US gets you $136 Canadian. Something to consider. Don't know about Thailand currently, but typically it's pretty good with the exchange rate.

It's...complcated. Prostitution itself is not illegal. A person has a right to trade sex for money. But facilitating prostitution ( pimps, brothels, agencies) is illegal. And yet, places like Puchos exist where you take the dancer to the bar, pay your fee, and he gets a key to the back room. ???? Costa Rica seems to very much be an out-of-sight out-of-mind country. You will get harassed for PDA, but once behind closed doors, the authorities don't seem to really care what happens.

 

I know nothing about connecting with women, but there are parks where males and transsexuals hang out. Since it's legal in these one-on-one situations, you don't have to worry about stings or anything like that. I know the parks exist. My friends have told me all about them, but we have never gone, so I don't have more detail than that.
