Here is a link for those of us who are going to be traveling this summer. Many of them are just common sence but those of us who fly often know that some are lacking in that dept. Thank you Greg. It did me a lot of good to read this. AS you say, most is common sense, but it is good to be reminded. Especially about the First Class cap.

 

Oh yeah, and the part about making sure we are always "nice". Crabbiness is a cancer which spreads and intensifies. I work at being calm and kind, and it pays off, big time. Support staff everywhere, even when I forget that I resolved to think of others, react so positively and warmly.

 

Great advice, all around.
