I saw Joe 4-5 times per year when he lived in Dallas which was over several years. Super nice and normal guy. He was a bargain in Dallas (I think was $70/hr $90/1.5 hr) so I see his rates increased in Chicago... probably makes sense (cost of living and market pricing). He gave very thorough and deep massage in a room in his 2-story condo set aside for massage. It was also sensual and ended in HE.
