Seems like probably fake and the account was just opened a few days ago...but does anyone have anything to validate this guy? He has a 310 (LA) number not that that means much.

The phone number Google search alone is quite interesting. I strongly suggest staying away.

A couple of the RM photos link to an Instagram account with 364K followers. Most recent post on that Insta account was 7 hrs ago in Brazil.

The pictures of him holding the cup and book are both found on several other sites with different names and contexts.

If you proceed I would ask for a verifying photo.

When I first saw the ad, thought wow. But as @LoveNDino did, I googled his number, and decided no way, and I didn't even display any of the results. Just reading the little bit displayed was enough.
