Question for Vegas locals

A while back when I used to watch tv I saw a quirky family ran Italian joint being featured. It's rests on the back side of I think Caesers. I'm not finding it via Google maps or online. Any help from those more familiar with the area? I wanna on my bday next month.

i think i know what your talking about. its a hole in the wall italian place. ive never been in it, but ive heard its really good.
