ABC-TV CH. 7 in NEW YORK Will Televise Gay Pride March

I just saw a spot on ch 7 saying that for the first time ever the NYC pride march will be televised on June 25. I stopped going into the city several years ago for this event but so happy I can view it at home. Of course, I doubt the cameras will be on the hot guys in their jocks and tighty whiteys but I'm delighted that this is happening.

I have a friend who is now apprehensive about attending the march due to it being televised. He thinks a terrorist attack will happen. I wonder if other people are afraid.
