I've looked around, and tried to find answers to these questions myself. Trying to understand Rentmen.

1. What is the purpose of the "online now" indicator for escorts? Do premium members have access to some instant messaging feature? If so, its not described as a feature. Is there messaging on the app? (I'm using web version, but can dl the app.)
   
2. Is there any way to set an alert, tag an escort beyond adding to buddy list, so I see when he's added travel plans to my location? I know how to toggle to online buddies.....

It means he's touched his account (via computer or smart phone) within the last six hours.

No, but using rent.men you can filter your buddy list by city. When you do that, you can see who lists a particular city as their home and who is traveling.
