download directly from Netflix

Apparently I'm the last guy in the world to find this out, but Netflix now lets you download movies directly to your iPad for free so you can watch without connectivity (like on a plane). Just sharing in case any of y'all are even further out of it than I.

Don't beat yourself up too much, I just found out about this last week. However if trending aircraft restrictions on portable devices finds their way into our domestic airspace, which is being considered, the largest portable device you'll be able to view your Netflix on will be your phone.

Dunno, but I would guess so long as there's a Netflix app for that OS, yes.
