Saw Kevin Bacon on the Graham Norton Show. Very charming guy. I also love Kathryn Hahn, so I'll be watching Amazon's show.

I love Dick has been on many impressive bookshelves I've seen throughout the years. I've resisted reading it only because Chris Kraus, whose writing I like, is an art readers writer, and That's not really me. Now I'm faced with the choice of waiting to read it some day, which I will, or taking the easy way out and watching the TV show even though I hated the first ep (the only I watched) of Transparent (though I love Eileen Meyers (spelling?) poetry).

At last - someone else who didn't get Transparent! I did make it through the first season, but something happened in the second season - the characters became repulsive and annoying rather than quirky. I gave up. The trailer for I Love Dick doesn't draw me in either - in fact the best part of the clip above is when something about Game of Thrones comes on. I think maybe jill Soloway and I are just not soul mates.
