Down to Business, you have nailed this guy. I was interested in seeing him last night but he said he needed a deposit to ensure I was serious; I said I had never done that and so let him pass. This is surely the same "Blake" who ran the scams in the links you provided.

Smart not to have given him the advance. Really doubt he is actually in DC. Few weeks ago he had a posting in Seeking Arrangement saying he was in LA at the same time he was advertising in RM that he was in Missouri. He will continue the scam as long as folks send him cash in advance. Hard to do much about it because no one that I have chatted with actually met "Blake"as he would block and or ignore efforts to contact him after they sent the cash. Wonder why RentMen continues to allow him to advertise.

There seems to be consensus that "Blake" is a scam. Here is another question mark.

 

Logan Steele has an ad in DC, and I noticed that his ad is usually in proximity to Blake's ad and often "available" at the same late hours. Any views about this one? (He is much pricier, so maybe he is legit but high-priced?)
