Boomer, the best I can say is I think so.

 

The image was identified as George Maharis -- http://slimpics.com/pics/4002/george-maharis-nude-gay.jpg -- and it looks like him to me.

 

And I can find other images in which his hair and the length of his sideburns are similar (early '70s, about a decade after he was Buz Murdock) -- like this one, also IDed as George Maharis, in which he once again has A Leg Up ...

Looks like you were right, [uSER=8020]@Just Sayin'[/uSER]. Further digging turned up a copy of the same image identified not as George Maharis, but Gus McCoy. And Googling "Gus McCoy" brought up other pictures that match that face, including a September 1980 Honcho cover:
