Portland, OR Go-Go Dancer

I have a friend named Garrett in the Portland area who wants to be a go-go dancer. He is currently in prison and will be getting out toward the end of the year. Yes, he has been in prison before. He was eluding the police when they caught him. He is trying very hard to turn his life around now.
