Couturedesigner isn't reliable. He is one of the for-pay rentmen reviewers. Generally when I see his reviews I assume the escort has fraudulently paid for reviews.

also note that "couturedesigner" is no longer listed as a reviewer for "lukexxl" and, in fact, Luke seems to have "rebooted" his entire ad, as his RM join-date now says this last June (this thread was started in Jan of 2017)....I don't know if the current pictures are the same as last Jan or not....
