Let me first say that if this an inappropriate topic here I apologize. I don't want to break any rules but I need some help.

I am fairly new to the Houston, TX area and I am having difficulty finding information online about gay interests here. I guess that the two main things that I would like to find right now are 1) a good place to rent gay porn, and 2) a good gay strip club. With the first item, I prefer to give my business to a video/book store that is gay owned, gay operated, and gay oriented (with a substantial selection to choose from), not just an adult video store with a small and conspicuous gay section.

Anybody out there from Houston who can educate me on the where to go's and the where NOT to go's?

Yeah - you gotta be real careful about that 'round these here parts or one of our anal retentive members will report you to a moderator and all hell could break loose.

Or...... the anal retentive could just ignore your post, but that probably won't happen as that would be too easy!

I think that the only strip club in my town is EJ's. It's on Ralph Street, and since that street is only two blocks long, if you can find the street (a North turn off of Westheimer) you can find the bar.

As far as a rental place, if your interest was in Leather, I would very quickly suggest Blackhawk Leathers, right by the Ripcord. (It's DVD only.) However, if your twink interest is pure vanilla, you probably will want to go to - Dang! I've forgotten it's name. - Look for the huge gay flag just behind South Beach and just East of Montrose. They own all of a small shopping center, so you can't go wrong going in any door there. Except that they also have a sattelite store on Fairview and I'm not sure but what the movies might be over there, now. That group had a fairly good movie collection going and then they bought the entire stock of what had been Lobo, which had been the leading gay owned rental place in town.
