Anyone else seen this documentary on the gay porn video industry? Wonderfully done, features Chi Chi LaRue among others, even gives a tribute to Joey Stephano. (I even recognized the "G" tinsel curtains!)

Go see it for laughs and insight.

I saw it a couple of years ago and enjoyed it. I've always been intrigued about how porn movies are made and this gave some insight. Now that DVD is the preferred format, many movies have out-takes and behind the scenes bonus features. I recall one out-take of a scene in the desert where a large spider decides to join the action. Needless to say, the boys were a bit startled! :9

If you are interested in documentaries about how porn films are made, I have a film (from the 90s) to recommend that is both a documentary and a great porn flick all in one. The name of the film is "Take Two: Guys Like Us" by Hothouse Video. It stars Matt Bradshaw and Aaron Brandt. Aaron Brandt now escorts in SF and is reviewed on this site. The film is very well done. My favorite scene is a hot twosome with Matt and the then twink Aaron. Highly recommended, and still in circulation for sale. Don't know about rental. I remember seeing it at an Outfest screening in LA. If it's the same one as I remember, Blue Blake was very entertaining, as were a number of the other performers. The sex was a little dull, but made nice interludes.
