I emailed the real personal trainer in the photos once and never got a reply. Lives in a different city. I would give the ad a 99.999% chance of being fake, but can't say for sure. Also never heard from anyone who ever met him.

Fake or a scam. Last RM login date was April. During a past trip to Vegas, I exchanged a few messages with the phone number on the ad, but he wasn't willing to meet. And the real guy in the photos wasn't in Las Vegas at the time, judging from his Instagram.
