i tried to set something up with him in the past when he comes to vegas at times. first time he did not respond, second time he did respond but 3 days later at about 10:30pm ish on a Sunday said he had his phone off all weekend.. not a very good move for someone visiting a city looking for clients, and he could see me at 12am.
