Well, he's apparently marketing himself as a singer, not a model, so I would suggest that it does matter. Then again, looks matter in a successful pop singing career now more than singing. Listening to a few songs on YouTube from Mr. Miller, I cannot tell how well he can sing because his voice is so autotuned that he barely sounds human. I know that autotune sound is widespread in pop music now, but usually if someone can carry a tune its use is a little more subtle. I therefore assume that Mr. Miller looks better than he sings.

 

 

I know I'm old fashioned, but I long for the days when looks mattered a lot less but that you could generally expect someone to be able to carry a tune if he/she was a successful singer.
