Is this guy too good to be true? Very nice ad, but he seems new. Anyone met him or know anything about this handsome guy?

The person you spoke with doesn't speak Portuguese because that person is not Brazilian and is not the real owner of the photos.

 

Do a reverse image search on the photos in the rentmen ad. You will find dozens more photos of the Brazilian (the guy in the ad photos) who lives in Brazil and who is a clothing model.

 

Those particular photos that appear in the ad were dated February 18, 2013, as revealed from the reverse image search.

 

I suspect that the Brazilian clothing model is still in Brazil and certainly speaks Portuguese and is unaware of this bogus ad.

 

This ad is just another fake ad on rentmen.

The (now former?) Brazilian model has a linkedin page that says he still lives in Brazil, speaks Portuguese, and doesn't speak Spanish, and it looks like he's dropped his modeling career or at least hasn't focused on it since he was an undergrad in 2013/2014. The model's height and age are different from the Rentmen ad's, and although the model's Instagram is private, it also says he still lives in Brazil.

Did you do a reverse image search on the photos?

 

If you do, you will find contact information about the model (the real person. not the person who placed the bogus ad).

 

Remember, the photos are three and one-half years old plus the model is in Brazil and might (probably) not know English.

 

In short, even if you contact the guy in the photos in Brazil, you will be running into a blind alley in trying to pursue this guy.

If you follow this thread from its beginning, you will see that the person is not from Brazil, as he claims. In fact, this ad lists his languages as English and Spanish, not Portuguese, the language of Brazil.

 

There is a new link that shows up from an image search to a photographer in Miami whose link presents several photos of this "escort" where ever he is from, other than Brazil. Here is one of several links to the spread of photos:

In the thread cited above, this "escort" uses an Italian name. Hmm - an escort with an Italian name claiming to be from Brazil but does not speak the language of Brazil.

 

I have zero confidence that anything about the ad is reliable, except for the fact that the photos are of someone else and that the guy is not Brazilian. Who ever will show up, if you make an appointment, is anyone's guess. Oh, yes, his fee has increased to $350, hourly.
