I think you might be under a false impression. There are a few pornstars that have gotten bad reviews and feedback (I can think of two off the top of my head), but plenty of them are great escorts and get very good reviews.

 

Some guys have commented that they won't even consider a pornstar because of their notoriety and/or a feeling that they will be narcissistic prima donnas. But two of my all-time favorite escorts have done porn, and there was zero vanity or bluster or pornstar attitude.
