I was on my way to meet him when I called to say I'd be a few minutes late. He went ballistic and said all kinds of irrational stuff. I turned around and went back home. He called back and told me to never contact him again because I had messed up his plans for the day. Duh. As if I'd even think for a moment that I'd want to ever meet up with someone as unbalanced as he obviously was.
