Since there were posts in this thread and other threads about the purpose of this thread and the veracity of the sting, I thought it was worth noting publicly that the OP provided me details on the sting via PM, details which were sufficient enough to make me cancel my Pittsburgh trip this past weekend and stick with familiar faces in familiar locales. There has been no verifiable media coverage of this (and Pittsburgh media loves to cover the sting operations involving women as escorts), so the still alleged "sting" must have been one male escort, eh? I have asked many people in Pittsburgh that I am confident would know based on what they do for a legal living. None of them has heard about any male escort stings. Just to re-state something that I stated in an earlier post, the fact that someone who happens to escort also happens to get arrested for something else (add-on: even if prostitution happens to be an additional charge), this is not the same as being arrested in a "sting" operation...
