Did I Lose My "Gold Star"?

Now I love Mr. Navarro too and have mentioned this on many occasions. However once standards are allowed to fall they continue to do so and we end up with a place like San Francisco. As I understand it, the person who came to spend time with Mr. Navarro was someone that identified as a female. While she retained male genitalia she was a female for all practical purposes. The US Fourth Circuit has just reaffirmed this principle. So unfortunately (as regards retention of a gold status) Mr. Navarro had sex with a female. If there is a percentage star that one can retain, the described sexual behavior changes the percentage so that Mr. Navarro is further from the doors of the club. I do not mean to judge but to apply truth and principle.
