latinos in phoenix

I am a newbie looking for a second time hire in Phoenix. The first time I hired it was a little bit of a let down and I am trying not to repeat the experience. I seen the other Phoenix thread, but none of the guys discussed peaked my interest. I am looking at these three guys:

Only person with reviews is Jamie Del Ray. I would really appreciate any input on any of these guys. I am open to other guys if anyone has any suggestions based on experience. Although, I obviously have a strong preference for latino men under 30.

What ever happened to the Latino guy from Phoenix/Scottsdale that was on reality TV? He was alleged to be a Go Go Dancer or Stripper. He is likely over 30 now but shit he was HOT! Anyone know who I'm talking about?
