Here's why it makes sense anatomically: If you've never bottomed, you may not realize how much it hurts to be on your back, have your legs up in the air with a guy pressing them back into your groin and and chest---after hernia surgery. I should have clarified what the pain was coming from. Sorry.

Generally, the problem is getting an escort to be more animated, not less. A lot of guys prefer to bottom because frankly it is a lot less work.
