Do not do herbal formulas. You don't know what exactly is in it since it's not controlled by any authority. Sometimes they'll secretly put in viagra and not tell you. Meanwhile your taking a bunch of other useless and possibly dangerous crap.

AND if you use poppers and your herbal formula contains Viagra the combo could kill you!
