DC Recommendations

I, too, will be in D.C. in the near future. I was thinking of spending the $450 for Billy Santoro. Does anybody think he's worth it or will I get ripped off?

I've not hired him but have read his tweets and viewed his periscope videos. His attitude leaves much to be desired. He's egocentric and has said he's doing the guys who hire him for money a favor because he'd not give them the time of day without being paid. Billy has been discussed in a couple of threads as well.
