By "her show" do you mean "The French Chef"? Out of all the stuff Julia has done, I think TFC was just the best. It was Julia at her mostly unscripted best. The Boston PBS station produced it for local viewing, but PBS picked it up. The wit and wisdom of Julia shone through brilliantly. Haven't seen it anywhere in years. Some of it was in B&W, later episodes in low band color. (Meaning it wouldn't look great on today's color TVs.) TFC is so old, all the episodes may not even exist any more.
