I don't think his response is unusual at all. I can certainly relate to a similar situation. I would say his response was because he (the escort) doesn't see himself as a "full time" provider. More than likely he is either just a short term "starving student", hobbyist, in some type of relationship, or in a job that could be jeopardized if his activities came to light.

He could also feel reviews would bring too many inquiries he could not respond to promptly.

It can also be a double edged sword. We all know that just about any compliment given here can get countered by someone else with a different opinion or experience. I recently experienced this and was SHOCKED that not everyone found my favorite as perfect as I do.

This is kind of repeating what an earlier poster said about a young man wanting to retain his anonymity, but I recently had an encounter with a full-time escort who wanted NO part of this site. He wasn't even aware of Daddy's until I mentioned it and he was horrified that he had been discussed here. It's probably unreasonable for someone who has an ad on Rentment to expect much privacy -- with regards to the escort persona -- but he really did feel "violated?" to be discussed here like so much meat. It was an interesting take on the whole thing that I had never considered.

I understand his concern. Many times our conversations here are borderline indiscreet, or blatantly indiscreet. And we are so quickly to judge and label with so little information. I like Daddy's policy of avoiding details here and leaving those for the reviews where the escort has the chance to reply. I promise to do a better job at keeping details in private.

Not only may be inappropriate for escorts the way we discuss service providers, but also inconvenient for clients. If a forum member is an honest and professional escort, there is a wealth of information here on the things each client likes and dislikes, that can be used to improve and maximize his performance efficiency. If he is dishonest, the same info can be used to manipulate a client into an unpleasant experience. However, I do not think we have any cases of the latter, correct me if I am wrong.
