Yes they are the same. Justin Cruise did escort out of L.A. and advertised on RB. Since RB has left the building, he stopped advertising. This backpage ad popped up relatively recently. Is it really him? I can't say.

 

But Justin did and escort and it's a strong possibility it's him on backpage.
