Can anyone recommend from personal experience masseurs or massage venues in Sao Paulo or Rio that provide ''extra service''?

there was/is a masseur at the sauna Pointe 202 in RJ who offered "extra service".....not really a bottom here, so it was a bit of a surprise - didn't really work;), but for those who want that......

 

others may have other suggestions....
