I'm diabetic and haven't had a decent hardon in over a year. My family doctor has give me viagra and levitra and both don't really do anything for me. My next option is to see a urologist. Does anyone have any idea of what to expect at that appt.

Does he have treatments my own doctor doesn't.

Same problem. Haven't really spent a lot of time (or a fortune) seeking a medical solution (at my age anyway). I now just do with my tongue what I used to do with my dick. I have one regular who just loves it that way anyway. So I "Count my blessings" and enjoy.

Good Luck though. If you find a reliable solution, don't be afraid to share.

My urologist said that if Cialis did not work there was always injections directly into the penis x( as well as using a pump. After those options then surgery was suggested where an implant would be used. So far Cialis has worked for me but I have to take a double dose (okayed by my urologist). :D

Well, you could try Cialis, but if Viagra and Levitra don't work, it's unlikely Cialis will. Your options at this point are (1) Direct injections into the side of the penis (not as bad as it sounds, and probably your best option), (2) Muse, which is a tiny rice-shaped pellet that you shove up your penis from where the pee comes out, (3) vacuum devices, which you can get at any sex shop--simple enough but cumbersome when you're going on a date or hiring escorts, and (4) surgical implants, either permanently rigid or inflatable ones. Don't forget that Viagra needs to be taken on an empty stomach, so if you haven't tried it that way (at 100 mg), you haven't failed it.

Methods other than medications are simply too time-consuming to prescribe to make it worthwhile for a family doctor.
