I never questioned that using not real pics is dishonest. I do question when we quickly make judgements about others character without having the whole picture.

I don't think there's anything wrong with being quick to point out that someone is duping the public pretending to be someone they're not

I do not know if it wrong, it just shows lack of wisdom and empathy.

You don't know if using someone else's photo without consent and pawning it off as your own for profit is wrong???

I'd have to disagree. We all know the majority of escorts wouldn't actually meet us without them being in business. They aren't providing charity. Most of us choose at least partially on pictures. Not everyone is cut out to be an escort. If you can't meet clients using your own pictures, then maybe you shouldn't be an escort. There might be a few cases where false pictures might be necessary. But then the pictures ought to be comparable. And they almost never are. You will repeatedly hear from Forum Members or Reviewers who have met false picture guys say the pictures were similar, but he wasn't as handsome/muscular. You almost never hear that the false picture escort surpassed the pictures.

Something else to think about: although impractical to pursue, the person using another person's pictures is either engaged in invasion of privacy (if the pics are of a private citizen) or interference with the right of publicity (if the pics are of an actor, model, another escort, what have you). There's also a copyright infringement claim on behalf of the photographer or whoever owns the rights to the photos.

That has some bearing on whether using someone else's photos is wrong. At the very least, it injures someone else's economic rights and reputation.

Are you putting everyone on? Lack of wisdom and empathy? How about concern for the truth!!! That has nothing to do with either wisdom or empathy. It simply puts a lie where it belongs.
