I haven't seen this movie or even heard about it, but saw a review today by long time reviewer Rex Reed. He's raving about it..... Just passing this along.

Saw it the other night. Absolutely TERRIFIC! Eddie Redmayne plays a man who is trans and is just breaking out to allow his inner female to evolve.

This takes place inn the mid-late 1920's. He (she) goes as far as to have corrective surgery. Won't reveal the end!

I've wanted to see it ever since I heard about it a while back. And then I watched the trailer, and now I want to see it even more!

It's an excellent movie. Redmayne could win another Oscar, he is extraordinary. Don't miss it. Also, if you want to save yourself 2 1/2 hours of dullness, miss Leonardo DiCaprios new film, The Revenant...a big yawn.

Redmayne is superb. If he hadn't won earlier this year he'd win but I doubt they'll give it to him two years in a row. I hate diCrapio but he's the odds on favorite to win for Revenant. He's getting raves.
