Out of all the hook up apps I've always thought Scruff has had the best looking guys. Unfortunately they are guys I'll never have, and which is why I've deleted it multiple times. I recently downloaded it again. And they have a new feature. A listing of all the guys who were most 'woofed' in the preceding hour.

Yep-Scruff is full of them. In second place among the hook up apps would be Grindr. But unfortunately some of the best looking guys on Grindr are bots trying to scam money.
