Any Suggesting to be cleaner?

As I have gotten older, I have found it harder to stay clean as a bottom. I have been fortunate to have a 27 year old fuck buddy. I have been so embarrass lately because the last few times he has top me I have not been as clean as I feel I need to be. I duce until I am clear. Any suggestion? I just never had this problem before.
