Confused by you're saying it's a bummer. The one person on this thread who has experienced Tarquin Bull seemed to describe a positive encounter, although he couldn't provide details due to site policy. The other thread provided mixed reviews. So, unless you were looking for universally glowing reviews, I don't see why it's necessarily a "bummer."

So we have three experiences, including one that has been posted on RM. Two reviewers are glowing and one says Tarquin wasn't interactive but acknowledges that he (the reviewer) was very late to the session and states his lateness could have contributed to Tarquin's lack of enthusiasm.

 

Regarding the comment about being "meh" and recognizing we all have different definitions of "meh," the following quote from his RM review does not sound like "meh" to me:

 

"...The best experience I've had with an escort.... He catered to what I asked and was gentle and kind. I'm sure if you want something else, he could deliver that, too. I look forward to seeing him again as soon as possible."

I can't comment on his performance or how interactive he is, but I've laid eyes on him in person and he does look like his pics.
