The last guest left Tuesday and the condo seems strangely quiet and eerily empty.

Only the echo of laughter remains.

In a short time I had become used to the bustle of guests getting up in the morning, (ahh, morning Wood), fixing breakfasts, days on the beach or by the pool, comparing notes on hot guys playing in the sun and nights spent at The Metro in Jacksonville; the dancers on the bar, the big football players , the tall drag queens, and the never ending line of hot men that Florida Rob would bring by to hug and kiss his friends. Remind me to tell you a story about one of his guys whose boyfriend was not happy. It'll be just between you and me, dear reader.

 

I am so glad I invited people again this year and really glad they came down for a visit. I had a great time, and yes, for those who wonder, Alec Martinez is very sexy.

 

I return to L.A. on Tuesday. In the meantime, today was the traditional family golf tournament, and in spite of my being on the team, our team won by two strokes.

 

I had a great time. Can't wait to do it again.

Cannot thank you enough for the relaxing and rejuvenating time (of course, Jim might have had something to do with that ). Please do “do it again”. You really do know how to cook!

Thanks again for the invite. You have a great place there and I much enjoyed the morning walks on the Beach followed by your special breakfasts. You were a very good host and Tour Guide. It was a pleasure to meet Duke and FloridaRob plus the nightly trips to the Metro. As always Jackhammer it was a pleasure to see you again my friend and thanks again for the good time.

This is the final chapter for this trip. (a huge sigh of relief is heard across the MC).

I checked out this afternoon after spending the day at the pool. My goodness there was an array of fine men around the pool. But since rapaz7 got busted checking a guy out on the beach with his binoculars (he was only 4 feet away), I was reluctant to use a camera or binocs.

 

I did however see this sign a few weeks ago when Oliver was there. We had to do a double take. Florida residents will not be surprised, but others may find this an unusual sign (just as Oliver and I did).
