What does CHEMSFR stand for in an ad?

So since I'm in Europe I do most of my browsing through Planet Romeo and they seem to have different shorthand than guys did on Rentboy or Rentmen.

For instance, what's CHEMSFR mean? I know it's drug related, but I initially thought it meant "chems free", but obviously not...

 

What's it all mean? What's it all about?

 

I even saw one ad mention he would do "Greek" for anal. If that ain't a blast from the past! I'm glad I recently read on the forums here how this was a term used long ago as a pseudonym for preference in ads before the internet. Seeing it online made me chuckle a bit.
