Not living in downtown NYC has being costing me a lot of business.

I usually ask Kevin Slater to let me use his place for a small fee, but as of lately, our schedules do not match and I have had to cancel clients a few minutes before the meeting for not having a place to host!

Most of my clients are not ok with the idea of going to cheap by-the-hour hotel like The Senton Hotel, and prefer a more intimate, and clean experience on somebody's apartment.

Proposal.

Are there any other fellow escort in downtown (Hell's Kitchen and below) willing to rent out their space for an hour or so for a small fee? (Kevin usually asks me for $40, which I add to my 'In Call' fee to offset the cost)

Please let me know of any other fellow escorts out there willing to share their space, or also facing this problem. It will be good to create a small group of by-the-hour renters and landlords to help our business.

Yah New York is tough to meet in if you aren't in central Manhattan, say below 59th. I lived in Washington Heights for a while and escorts would never venture up there so I was limited to seeing men who could host. Things got better when I moved to Chelsea.

Abel's life would improve drastically if he got his caramel ass down to Chelsea, too.

I suspect my life would improve if I lived in Chelsea too, Kevin. I just don't know how you guys afford it. Wish I could join you

Well the paradox is I spent so much on rent I couldn't afford much else LOL. Not really but it was a stretch and it was a pretty drab apartment. New Yorkers are some of the few people who move to Southern California and think, "I can't believe how much apartment I get for my money here and they are so easy to find!". No broker's fees! ;)

And people seem more willing to travel in LA so that's a plus too.
