For escorts in Rome, or in Europe in general, visit Planet Romeo (planetromeo.com). Registration is free and many escorts advertise there. I live in Prague and I use that site extensively. I just checked, there are 585 escorts registered in Rome.....quite a selection. One caveat, though: do NOT trust the reviews published in the boy's guest book, since the escort can delete the unfavorable ones. Contact the ones you are interested in, and go with your instincts.
