New Scam On Grindr

So I haven't been getting as many bots texting me lately-which is unfortunate as that was 98% of the messages I used to get.

 

But what I've noticed lately is that my screen seems to be filled with really handsome guys. You pull up their profile. They all use the 'name' Grindr Guy. And when you look for their physical description, nothing has been entered. But they all have the following text describing themselves

 

"I actually do porn on the side. You can see some scenes by going to the GrindrVids.com website on your computer. If you want, let me know what you think of it. "

 

I looked at the website on my iPhone. It forwarded from that website to one that wanted me to sign up for some dating site. I didn't go through the registration process far enough to see if I would eventually need to enter my credit card. I also don't know if that was the same website that would pop up using my computer.

Grindr guy is just the default if someone doesn't list a name.

 

I've noticed this too....what's the deal on it; I presume its a scam.

I'm assuming at some point you have to enter a credit card on that website. Either that or the website has a virus of some type.

Adam4Adam has the same spambots. The profiles usually have the same stats, but the photo is different.

Yes, I noticed it starting about 6 months ago.

They all say the same thing .... But I've noticed they are all 2ft 3 tall.

have you guys tried the APP 'Hornet' its what Grindr should have been. about 6 million members and you can search world wide, great for pre travel preparation. and its FREE

Those are other scams/bots. From what I've seen the ones that want you to go to grindrvids.com don't have any stats listed.
