To be specific, it's a Hitachi Magic Wand. No electric shocks, just vibration. Mine has two settings, and I wish (like my drink blender) it had a lower setting; even the lowest is pretty intense. There are many attachments that fit over it, they've used most of them in the Men on Edge videos.
