An escort that I like, and have used on multiple occasions announced that he is having plastic surgery on his chest, or a 'breast augmentation'. Initially I was taken aback, because it really isn't needed, but I have become supportive of late. One 'has to do what you gotta do', even when it comes down to vanity and self-esteem.

I'm probably wrong about this, but I disremember that a breast augmentation in men is UNDER the pectoralis, where as it is ABOVE it, in women.

IDK, my experience w buds who have done these, as well as some who've done bicep AND calve implants too, has not been so great. Everyone should do anythang that makes them happy and fix anything they hate about themselves, more power to 'em. But this isn't like a huge honker they've been miserable with all their life or excess skin from weight loss than won't go away any way other than surgically, or even a face or eye job to knock a few years off or a boob job on a woman who's chest will not change any other way. I have buds who did not STEP FOOT in a gym until they were in their late 40's and they now have rock hard pecs etal because they worked at it and it's all natural. The buds with these implants who, a decade later, have gained a little weight, lost a little weight, lost skin elasticity due to age, etc, look a tad bizarre now with these implants. You CAN tell.
